Each Item Purchased by QUALITYSPCARS can be returned within 30 days from the Purchase Date for an item exchange or refund, Net of shipping costs (Outbound and Inbound). SHIPPING COSTS


Unfortunately, the PayPal Free Return Service is temporarily no longer available, therefore the cost of shipping for the return of the goods is entirely borne by the customer. For Italy, in case of return of items with a value up to € 19,99, we recommend usign the "Posta 1" Postal Service, a very fast and reliable service, which will cost € 2,80-3,00, up to a total weight of 100Gr. For Europe, in case of return of items with a value up to € 19,99, we recommend usign any Cheap Postal Shipping Service.

An item can be returned regardless if it is malfunctioning / damaged - replacement / exchange - incompatible / different - rethinking / not usable if it respects the following guide parameters :
- The package must contain a receipt / proof of payment
- The Package must contain the Item Return Form
- The Item can be returned within 30 days of the purchase
- The conditions of the article must be equal to the purchase
- The Article must not have undergone any modification or break-in
- The Article must be equipped with all its original parts, including packaging
