For Italy, in case of return of items with a value up to € 19,99, we recommend usign the "Posta 1" Postal Service, a very fast and reliable service, which will cost € 2,80-3,00, up to a total weight of 100Gr. For Europe, in case of return of items with a value up to € 19,99, we recommend usign any Cheap Postal Shipping Service.

An item can be returned regardless if it is malfunctioning / damaged - replacement / exchange - incompatible / different - rethinking / not usable if it respects the following guide parameters :
