SHIPPING POLICY
WHEN DO WE SHIP?
All items purchased by 11:00 am from Monday to Friday will be processed on the same working day.
All items purchased by 11:00 am on Saturday, will be processed on the same working day, but with real handling by the shipping manager on the following Monday.
All items purchased after 11:00 am will be processed on the next working day.
WHO IS THE SHIPMENT MANAGED BY?
We only use Fast and Safe shipping methods.
If the "48/72 h shipping" upgrade is not purchased, items with a value of less than € 19.99 are managed by Poste Italiane, with the Priority Mail shipping method, currently the best semi-traceable shipping method available.
The reference code of this shipment is not a real tracking number, but will only serve to certify the delivery to the recipient.
For items with a value greater than € 19.99, the shipment will be handled by one of our partners: SDA, BRT or DHL, guaranteeing delivery in 48/72 working hours from order fulfillment.
The tracking number will be communicated by e-mail. It will be possible to track the shipment both on the shipper's site and on our site, in the "Orders" section
DELIVERY TIME
Shipments are generally delivered in 48 / 72h on European territory, depending on the delivery area.
Sometimes delivery times may vary or slow down depending on:
- the place of delivery (e.g. in remote-difficult areas or on islands);
- logistical difficulties of the couriers used (e.g. strikes or problems with vehicles);
- the presence of holidays (generally in such moments, there are peaks of deliveries, and this could cause slowdowns).
The responsibility for these incidents of force majeure is not to be attributed to the work of Quality Sp Cars.
EUROPEAN AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
For all shipments on European and international territory, shipping costs are expressly indicated at the time of order.
In the member countries of the EC, the shipment takes place with the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) formula, therefore the goods will arrive directly at the indicated delivery place without having to pay additional sums compared to what has already been paid at the time of the order. For all other countries, the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) formula is used, therefore the courier may present a separate invoice with which it requires payment of the duties and taxes required by local authorities. The buyer who lives in a country not part of the EC is advised to inquire about local taxes and duties, before placing the order.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Shipping managers are operational on national and European territory from Monday to Friday.
Standard delivery will take place at the following times: from 9.00 to 18.00, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.
Upon delivery of the goods by the express courier, the customer is required to check:
- That the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or in any way altered or tampered with, also in the closing materials / seals (adhesive tape, straps ...).
- That the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
In the event of tampering, breakages, wet packaging or dents, the customer must always ACCEPT the goods but "WITH RESERVATION OF CONTROL", describing in detail the damage on the courier's delivery receipt. (e.g. Control Reserve for damage on the carton).
If this operation is not carried out correctly, any transport damage cannot be disputed otherwise, and their responsibility cannot be attributed to Quality SP Cars.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I know when my order will be shipped?
The customer is always informed of the status of the shipment by email (an email will be sent with the Tracking to follow the shipment), he can also check the status of his order, within your account on the site under "Orders".
Tracking indicates the day the delivery is made, but unfortunately not a time slot.
If the courier does not find me for delivery, will the goods go back?
If the courier is not at the delivery address indicated, the courier will make another 2 attempts, then the goods will remain in the nearest branch, our shipping office will then contact you to arrange the re-delivery again.
When does the courier make the delivery? Also Saturday or Sunday?
Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 18:00 approximately.
The delivery of the goods takes place at the address indicated in the order by the customer, if necessary it is possible to enter the address of the workplace / neighbor / local always open etc.
Is it possible to make an appointment for delivery?
NO, it is not possible to make appointments for delivery at fixed times or days, however it is possible to indicate (in the purchase phase) on the shipping notes, the need to be contacted some time before (maybe an hour) at a number of mobile phone (however, this service is not 100% guaranteed and depends on the courier).
